To meet the needs of local marked, Our company, which was founded in 2003,has developed new working methods were not under use by any other companies in UAE. From the very beginning ,the company has entered this area working on engineering and architecture bases that simulate the basic functional and aesthetic methods of modern buildings taking into account the environmental conditions. First step starts when our engineers begain to study the plans provided be the consultants and sketching primarily architectural proposal and perspective required to clarify ideas and steps that will be executed by the company in accordance with theses plans taking in to account the willingness of the owner’s desire to give an elegant looking to the building by using stones. Upon approving plans go to the stage of executive study for the sake of accuracy and order to avoid execution mistake and failures.

1-Client Requirement/Consultation for Marble/Stone Cladding/Flooring.
This is a 1st step which is in our main scope. When client/Consultant comes to our Show room/Office or they contact with us some reliable sources, they demand for the stone samples which they need such as (Syrian Stone, Saudi Stone, Jordanian Stone, Philestinain Stone, Asian Stone Etc.) as per their requirements we show them our stone samples and Client/Consultant choose the stone kind & color(White, Off White, Light Yellow, Dark Yellow,Pink,Beig,Etc) then we request them for villas/Buildings drawings and after studying of drawings the next step is to make 3D modeling design for structures (Villas/Buildings, Mosques Etc.) as his requirement.
2-3D MAX Modeling/Architectural Design Division
We have 3D Architectural designer, Architects Engineer, Civil engineer, they study the drawings then make the design according to the Client/Consultants drawings or if they need to some changes or want to make new design for stone cladding, we also offer them our best designs. When the project modeling is finished we show them for approval. When the client approve the design we go to next step,
3- Quotation/Estimation Division
After the approval of 3D model and selection of stone kind we start the calculation/estimating work for making quotation. In this quotation we offer to our client out best prices and we mention every item such as windows, doors, Cornish, Parapet wall Etc. Al Sham stone provide professional quotation with advanced formats which any person can easy understand and better know about the stone cladding prices of each of one item. After the making of quotation the next step is approval for quotation & agreement.
4- Quotation Approval & Project Agreement
When the quotation is finalized by the Client/Consultants. The company does agreement with the client/consultant as per project total valued Lump sum or remeasureable quantities of the project. We mention everything our requirement in the agreement. After the agreement, the next step is making shop drawings.
