All Custom Stairmaster (Acstairmaster) manufacture galvanized metal staircase formwork for concrete fire escapes within multistory buildings. The acstairmaster is prefabricated according to the projects specific requirements and is transported to site, ready for installation.
Once the Acstairmaster has been lifted into its final position, onsite concreting can take place for staircases and landings. This activity can take place prior to floors being formed, so access issues are largely removed when this method of construction is used in high rise building construction.
The prefabricated nature of ACSTAIRMASTER ensures significant cycle time savings and exacting tolerances can be controlled due to our factory assembly process. ACSTAIRMASTER is very light compared to pre cast concrete elements and this product works exceptionally well when combined with a jump form or slip form concrete core system.
