HME Hilarion was founded as a Consulting Engineering Practice in Nicosia, Cyprus, in 2001. The fields of activity are Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services for commercial, residential, leisure, hospitals, pharmaceutical, industrial as well as infrastructure services for large developments.
HME Hilarion offers a wealth of experience through the Partners, Associates and the Senior Engineers in the fields of Mechanical, Electrical, Energy and Industrial engineering. Coupled with postgraduate training in the field of management, HME Hilarion offers a fully comprehensive electromechanical consultancy service.
Among the fields for which consultancy can be undertaken are:
Project Evaluation and Feasibility Study
Design and Supervision of MEP Building Services.
Design and Supervision of MEP Infrastructure Services.
Design and Supervision for Food Services Industry including HACCP Implementation.
Consultancy for LEED accreditation of buildings.
Consultancy for Green Buildings and Energy Audits.
Design Review of engineering packages.
Value Engineering Studies.
The Head Office of the Practice is now in Dubai with licensed branch offices in Sharjah and the state of Kerala, in India. It is further planned to set up branch offices in Cairo, Ras Al Khaimah and Abu Dhabi during 2009.
All major projects are carried out under the control of a Partner and/or an Associate. The Practice is staffed with qualified Mechanical and Electrical Engineers. When required, Senior Engineers are seconded from the associated offices in order to assist on specialist projects.
