INTER OCEAN SHIP REPAIRS L.L.C. commenced operations in Dubai in 1991. The experience of the company in ship repairing business goes back another 25 years, when the Chairman of the company, Ved. S. Chhabra, an Ex-Marine Chief Engineer, and an ex DMET set up a ship repair and ship building business in Mumbai, India, in the name and style of Bombay Marine Engineering Works Pvt. Ltd.
The company, Inter Ocean Ship Repairs L.L.C and other group of companies: International Ship Repair FZE – Fujairah and EPC Emirates - Ras Al Khaimah under the guidance of Mr. Ved Chhabra , is continuing its course of growth and confidence building, keeping pace with the changing market environment in the ship repair industry as a whole and in U.A.E in particular by sheer commitment on its quality policy and timely execution with one of the largest work force in the U.A.E in the maritime industry with unassailable equipments list of welding plants, cranes trailors and what not.
