Techmart has Distributorship Agreement with Microsoft for Hardware, Retail and OEM Software products for Lower Gulf Countries , covering, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, UAE, Saudi and Oman. Hardware is broadly classified in 4 sub categories which includes, Voice Access, Video Access, Desktops & Keyboards and Pointing devices, for Retail Software is broadly classified in 3 sub categories which includes Office, Mac Office and Windows. Techmart is also a distributor for Microsoft OEM in Kuwait and in UAE. OEM Software is broadly classified in 2 sub categories. which includes Windows and Windows servers.
Techmart is Nokia’s Original Mobile Enhancements Partner for the Middle East markets. It looks after 14 countries spanning from Lebanon to Pakistan. Enhancements include all products other than mobile phones that add value to the basic product, which are handsets. The range includes Headsets, Chargers, and Car Hands Free Gadgets for Safe Driving, Carry Cases, Batteries and Memory Products etc. In all there are over 150 items

Techmart was incorporated on 14th October 2002. It has a subsidiary company in Dubai, and four branches in the Middle East to distribute goods in the region.
In all there are at present over 250 persons working in the Middle East exclusively for the marketing of Accessories and Enhancements in the region.

The company is owned and managed by him, who has over 40 years of Professional Experience, 30 years in the Middle East in the Electronics, IT and Telecommunications area. Having completed Mechanical Engineering from BITS Pilani, and MBA from IIMA, he worked in India for over 10 years before exploring outside world’s opportunities.
Archana Sharma - Director
She has worked for 18 years with Dubai Duty Free as Head of Purchasing Department . Currently she is a full time Director, and looks after Packaging, Warehousing, Logistics and Administration of the group based in Jebel Ali. She is a Post Graduate in Economics from India
Sanjay Holmukhe - Vice President, Marketing
He completed BE Electronics from Poona and MBA from IIMA. He was in charge of Telecom Division in Jumbo Electronics looking after 4 brands Nokia, Motorola, Sony Ericsson and Siemens. He is associated with Techmart since inception, has been responsible for development of business across the region. Currently , he is Vice President marketing responsible for Product Development, Marketing activities of the group.
Hemant Aidasani - General Manager
He is the General Manager and Business Unit Head of IT Division. After spending initial years at Grundig, has been with Techmart for past 7 years responsible for development of business for strategic product
Neil Sharma - Vice President, Operations
He completed his graduation in Electronics and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, USA and subsequently finished MBA from Cornell University in USA. He worked 7 years with Cisco, USA in the Product Development Area and received 3 patents. He received “Most Promising Engineer” award twice during his tenure with Cisco Systems.
