The engineering division provides the following services: Cut-To-Length: Processing of Steel coils up to 2.5 metre width, between 3mm-12mm thickness.
Profile Cutting: Plasma cutting, up to 20mm and Profile cutting up to 50 mm. Provision of special size flat bars Plate rolling: Up to 35mm thickness and 3.1 metre width.
Surface Treatment, Painting and Blasting: Grit Blasting of structural steel and plate work as per NACE & SSPC Standards. Able to handle sections up to 3.1 metre width and 1 metre height. Epoxy coating, enamel coating and galvanizing services.
Heavy Structural and Plate Works: Fabrication of Industrial sheds, Cranes, Ducts, Chutes, Conveyers, Buckets, Derricks, Mud Systems, Oil Field Equipment, Tanks & Vessels. Pipeline Fabrication: Fabrication of pressure and non pressure pipelines, as per ASME, API and BS Codes.
The word “Tusker” is an English word, originating from the plains of East Africa. It is a word used to describe, the elephant, which is the leader of its herd. This elephant is easily identified, as the one having the largest tusks. Strength, Endurance and Dependability are the virtues of this great animal. We greatly believe in these virtues and thus we named our company “Tusker”.
